Welcome to Latrobe Art Center's Annual Silent Auction virtual fundraising event running October 1-14!
Founded in 2002 by Mrs. Nancy (Laney) Rogers Crozier (sister of Fred Rogers) and Elizabeth (Libby) Ogden Hazlett as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, Latrobe Art Center provides a welcoming atmosphere for adults and children of all skill levels to grow their artistic talents and interests. Located in Latrobe’s revitalizing downtown, the Art Center offers a wide variety of artwork, classes and educational programs, workshops, events, community gatherings, and more.
Since its founding, Latrobe Art Center’s mission has been to create a welcoming environment and help people find and foster their creativity by encouraging, exploring, presenting, and appreciating all forms of art. As Latrobe Art Center embraces another year as a valued community art center, the memories and legacy of Laney Crozier and Libby Hazlett live on. The Center’s ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life in the community and encourage and inspire creativity through the visual arts remains its highest priority.
Through participation in our annual silent auction, we invite you to partner with us in these efforts and help us continue achieving our mission for years to come! Be sure to take time to explore the many pieces of original artwork generously donated by Latrobe Art Center member artists, specialty gift baskets and items, sports memorabilia, and more and place your bids now through October 14th.
Your support and the funds raised through this event will leave a positive impact on the lives of those we touch, ensuring that the Latrobe Art Center remains a vital hub of positivity and growth and continues to thrive.
Thank you, and happy bidding!
